Booking  and  Cancellation Policies: 

 

Private and Shared Lessons:

Full payment is required for lessons cancelled within 48 hour notice unless doctor or veterinary note is provided, in which case 50% cancellation fee is due. 

Clinics and Workshops:

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure a place.  Deposit is non refundable and non transferrable unless a doctor/veterinary note is provided.  Full payment must be received two weeks prior to the course.  Should the balance payment not be made by this time, the student will risk forfeiting their place on the course and any deposit monies already paid; the instructor  reserves the right to re-advertise the space without further notice to the student under such circumstances.  Should a student cancel within two weeks of the course they will forfeit the full payment unless the place can be filled.  

 

In all cases please advise as soon as possible if there is a need to cancel. Tuition will carry on whatever the weather unless the instructor deems it unsafe and cancels e.g. extreme weather conditions.  Payments will only be returned if the instructor cancels the tuition.

 

Other Policies:

No stallions at workshops or clinics.

 

Students should be over the age of 16yrs for adult workshops.  Under 16's must be accompanied by responsible adult at all times.   Students under 18yrs must have a parents or guardians signature to attend.

 

Horses should be rideable for a ridden clinic/workshop – by rideable, we mean, able to walk, trot and canter under saddle and have had at least 30 rides.

Travel Expenses

Mileage is FREE within a 10 mile radius of SN10 3QQ, then 45p per mile (round trip), and is shared between students at the same venue or within the same area.  Please ask for an estimate for long distances when booking lessons.
