Booking and Cancellation Policies

Full payment is required for lessons cancelled within 48 hours unless a doctor or veterinary note is provided, in which case a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Tuition will continue in all reasonable weather conditions unless the instructor deems it unsafe (e.g. extreme weather). If the instructor cancels, payments will be refunded or the session rescheduled.
Please advise as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.

Payment for all session blocks or programmes is required in advance to secure your place.
Sessions within a block must be taken within three (3) months of the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions will expire after this period.
Payments for session blocks or programmes are non-refundable.
The discounted rate for block bookings reflects a commitment to a full programme of sessions. If fewer sessions are taken, the total paid cannot be converted to single-session pricing or refunded in part or in full.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
In the event of illness (human or horse) or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule within the validity period.
Sessions are not transferable between clients unless agreed in writing.
In the rare event that the instructor needs to cancel a session, an alternative date will be offered.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a place.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless a doctor or veterinary note is provided.
Full payment must be received two weeks prior to the course start date.
Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in forfeiting your place and any deposit paid; the instructor reserves the right to re-advertise the space without further notice.
If a participant cancels within two weeks of the course, the full payment will be forfeited unless the place can be filled.

No stallions at workshops or clinics.
Students should be over the age of 16 for adult workshops.
Under-16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Students under 18 must have a parent’s or guardian’s signature to attend.
Horses should be rideable for ridden clinics/workshops — i.e. able to walk, trot, and canter under saddle, and have had at least 30 rides.

Mileage is free within a 10-mile radius of SN10 3QQ.
Thereafter, mileage is charged at 45p per mile (round trip), shared between students at the same venue or within the same area.
Please ask for an estimate for long-distance travel (over 40 miles) when booking lessons.
