Clinics and Workshops:
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure a place. Deposit is non refundable and non transferrable unless a doctor/veterinary note is provided. Full payment must be received two weeks prior to the course. Should the balance payment not be made by this time, the student will risk forfeiting their place on the course and any deposit monies already paid; the instructor reserves the right to re-advertise the space without further notice to the student under such circumstances. Should a student cancel within two weeks of the course they will forfeit the full payment unless a doctor/veterinary note is provided, in which case a £15 administration fee will be automatically deducted from any refund.
Contact Sharon as soon as possible if there is a need to cancel. Tuition will carry on whatever the weather unless the instructor deems it unsafe and cancels e.g. extreme weather conditions. Payments will only be returned if the instructor cancels the tuition.
No stallions at workshops or clinics.
Students should be over the age of 16yrs for adult workshops. Under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Students under 18yrs must have a parents or guardians signature to attend.
Horses should be rideable for a ridden clinic/workshop – by rideable, we mean, able to walk, trot and canter under saddle and have had at least 30 rides.
Mileage is free within a 20 mile radius of SN10 5PH, then charged at 40p per mile (round trip), and is shared between students at the same venue or within the same area. If unsure please ask at time of booking. Please ask for an estimate when booking from long distances or abroad.
